Cats & Dogs Boarding
Accommodation at Pawsitive pet Boarding is ‘all suite’ with each kennel coming with its own separate leisure and sleeping areas. Each of our dog guests enjoy a private, fully covered exercise area where they can exercise throughout the day and a separate quiet area where they can settle down and relax. Each suite has been designed to keep guests as comfortable and contented as possible.
Nutrition & Dietary Care
A well fed dog is a happy dog and we cater for all dietary requirements. We provide only the highest quality pet food to our guests. We appreciate that some guests will prefer wet foods and this is also catered for. We are also happy to maintain preferred feeding regimes. With this service owners are required to bring their pet’s food with them..
Wellbeing & Welfare
We all love going on holiday but for some encountering new and strange surroundings can be a daunting experience. We want guests to feel immediately at home so we encourage owners to bring with them favourite items such as toys and bedding & blankets so your pet feels as comfortable and relaxed as possible. We care passionately about our guests and will treat your pet as our own, giving it all the attention it needs to ensure it settles in quickly and enjoys its time with us to the full.
Chauffeur Services
For owners whose schedules make it diffi cult for them to bring their pet to and from the boarding facility, we have introduced a chauffeured ‘Pick and Drop’ service. Guests are brought to the boarding facility in the comfort of our air conditioned vehicles by members of our team. Please ask for details.
Health & Medical Support(Vaccination)
We want all the animals in our care to remain healthy and unfortunately we cannot admit any guest in our boarding facility who is not up-to-date with their vaccinations. On arrival we will require evidence that dogs have been vaccinated for the following;
• Distemper
• Hepatitis
• Leptospirosis
• Canine Parvovirus
• Bordetella (kennel cough)
•Tick Protection No pet will be admitted without proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
Medication If medication needs to be administered this will be undertaken provided the animal accepts the medication without resistance, and that it can be administered by one of our non veterinary qualifi ed Kennel Team.
Veterinary Services In the unfortunate event that a guest becomes ill whilst staying with us we have access to veterinary services 24 hours a day. Our practice of choice is any nearby Veterinary clinic. Please notify us on arrival of any ongoing treatments or known medical conditions affecting your dog. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse admission at our facility of any guest showing signs of ill health.
Special Needs
Our aim is to cater for each guest’s individual needs and have made provision for those who prefer a calmer environment with a dedicated quiet area. When booking please inform one of our team of any special requirements your dog may have.
Day Care
If you fi nd yourself in a situation where you need to be without your dog for the day we can look after it for you. Our Doggy day care facility is available during business hours 9am-8pm.
Timings
We have set times for drop-off and collection to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for both you and your dog
